If you are looking for guidance to achieve your fitness goals let us help you. Personal training sessions are designed to motivate you, guide you, and push an individual a little harder than most will push themselves. We are very well rounded in providing programs to fit all your needs. Strength and conditioning, Weight Loss , agility, Boxing, we have the background to offer you a very diverse and effective fitness routine that will get you in shape. KICK BOXING FITNESS
Our Fitness Kickboxing classes are for all fitness levels. If you have never tried it, you should. It is the most amazing workout you will ever experience. One of my favorite compliments came from a long time marathon runner and triathlete after class one day. He said, “I have run, biked, and swam thousands of miles, competed in hundreds of races, and have never had my butt handed to me like this class just did”. Fitness kickboxing is all about core work and stamina. We will teach you how to wrap your hands and throw proper punches and kicks so you can learn the correct way and don’t hurt yourself. With 5 different trainers, you will never experience the same class twice. Our instructors come from many different backgrounds and are all very professional in their training. Some are more technical in class, while others are more fast paced and intense with nonstop pressure to go, go, go. If you are a seasoned athlete, this will only make you better. If you are a novice, you will learn technique. If you are just starting a fitness routine, come try it out, you will be hooked! It is so much fun, you will sometimes forget how much work you are actually doing. Check the class schedule for times and get in to see us.
BOXING FITNESS & STRENGTH CONDITIONING
Join the coaching staff at The GYM for daily classes, weekly posted workouts or get your swole on with your routine. Our full service facility has all of your standard weight room gear, free weights, dumbbells up to 100#, squat racks and treadmills. Some of our unique features include x-fit gear, medicine balls, battle ropes, plyo-boxes, rings and TRX. Some really cool stuff with a twenty foot outdoor climbing rope, tires, sledge hammers, spears and an eight foot wall. Regulation boxing ring, Muay Thai bags, and all the boxing heavy and hand training gear you need to get and keep you in shape.
